We advised the seller on the divestment of a majority stake in Bee First International, a customs clearance and e-commerce logistics operator at Prague Airport, to CECZ Group. The transaction places one of the Czech Republic's principal customs and e-commerce fulfilment platforms into the hands of a strategic investor operating across the China–Europe corridor.

We advised on a EUR 10m listed bond issuance financing a senior care facility Tmaň, backed by a consortium of major Czech insurers under the initiative of the Czech Insurance Association (Česká asociace pojišťoven a Česká kancelář pojistitelů). We represented the manager, administrator and security agent, providing full-scope legal support including the security package.
